Asbestos Awareness – Online
This online course provides the student with a good overview of the risks, and the controls associated with the exposure to airborne asbestos fibres when working in environments where exposure may occur.
Certification
After successful completion of the online course, you will be issued with an electronic badge. Before we can issue you with a formal Asbestos Awareness Certificate, you will need to contact Wood Training with proof of identity.Standard: 2138 L2 C1 V5

- Seven step procedure when working with asbestos.
- Legal obligations.
- Asbestos Management Plan anD Asbestos Removal Control Plan (ARCP).
- Training requirements for working with asbestos.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of asbestos uses and health hazards.
- Describe the range of safety procedures to follow when asbestos is present.
