This course provides students with knowledge of workplace risks and hazards, identification methodologies and the hazard management process. Students will obtain skills required to carry out Job Safety Analysis of new or existing tasks.

Theory assessment which takes place when the student is ready. This include completion of a JSA based on several scenarios provided.
To maintain current competency, it is recommended that refresher training occurs regularly. Depending on the industry you work in this may vary. Current Wood Training recommendation is every two years.
